Venture Xtreme has the potential to add a distinctive and exciting focus to major development projects. Venture Xtreme centres will act as catalysts for economic, social and physical regeneration, radically transforming an area’s profile and image.

We believe that the concept is capable of being applied to a wide range of situations and therefore are keen to explore interesting opportunities to work with public and private sector landowners where they are looking to create a unique driver for an innovative master plan or an area based strategy.

Venture Xtreme is totally scalable, by selecting an appropriate mix of adventure sports from our comprehensive menu Venture Xtreme can be adapted to fit most locations. While ideally we would look for a 4 to 6 hectare site, centrally located, in a high residential city location, Venture Xtreme could also work on smaller city sites, or in a rural or holiday location perhaps associated with camping and chalet accommodation.

Ultimately we would aim to develop 5 or 6 major Venture Xtreme large scale adventure sports resorts in the UK, with possibly an equal number of smaller more focused projects scattered between. Internationally Venture Xtreme is also interested in meeting partners to develop large scale resorts in cities around the world.
